We collect only what AmberCap needs to work:
We use this information to schedule reminders on your device, show your medication history to you, let family contacts you add view your schedule, and send those contacts an email if a dose isn't marked taken within your configured delay. We don't use your medication data for advertising or sell it to anyone.
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run AmberCap, who process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments:
Beyond that, the only other people who see your medication schedule are the family contacts you explicitly add, and only for as long as they remain on your Family list.
AmberCap does not currently show ads. If we introduce advertising in the free version in the future, Premium subscribers will never see ads regardless.
We keep your data as long as your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, email ambercap@apps4usv.com from the address on your account and we'll process the request.
AmberCap is designed for adults and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers using industry-standard access controls (row-level security scoped to your account, encrypted connections). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
You can remove a family contact at any time from the Family screen. This immediately stops schedule sharing and alerts to that person. You can sign out at any time from Settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App changes. We'll update the date above when we do.
