How many medications can I track for free?+
The free version tracks one medication. Upgrading to Premium removes that limit, so you can add as many medications, doses, and reminder times as you need.
Does my family member need to install the app?+
No. Add them by email from Settings and they get an email if a dose isn't taken on time, with one-tap WhatsApp and Call buttons to reach you directly. They only need the app themselves if they want to check your schedule in the app.
What happens if a dose is missed?+
AmberCap tracks every dose automatically. If Premium's family alerts are on, your linked family member gets an email after a delay you choose (15 minutes to 2 hours) if a scheduled dose hasn't been marked as taken.
Will I hear the reminder if my phone is on silent?+
Yes. Reminders ring through your phone's Alarm volume, the same one real alarm clocks use, so Silent and Vibrate mode don't mute them. The sound repeats until you act on it: mark the dose as taken, dismiss it, or snooze for 5, 10, 15, 30 minutes, or 1 hour.
